Open up the programme. A pop-up-window should appear asking about Macros. Choose Enable Macros as we can guarantee that this is a virus free programme.
Then it will say, Who do you support? Choose your team from the drop-down list. Then click on one of the tabs at the bottom of the page (Intro, Table, Results, Fixtures, Enter result for match, Enter results for date-range, Form Tables or Divisional Facts).

Table
This displays the League Table.

Results
This displays your teams Results.

Fixtures
This displays your teams Fixtures.

Enter result for match
This is where you enter the results for each match. This is how everything keeps up-to-date.
First you choose the Home and Away team that played. Then you can enter the result for the match by clicking on the button which states this.
Or you can change the match date if it has been re-arranged by pressing the button, Change match date.
Or if you have typed in the wrong result, you can delete that result by choosing, clear match result.

Enter results for date-range
This is another way to type in results but this way is quicker.
Choose the date-range for when the matches were played. Hit Button 1. Type in the results for the matches and then hit Button 2 to update the results to the tables.

Form Tables
This shows your teams form.

Divisional Facts
This shows your teams facts in the Premiership.
